Add More Carbohydrates To Your Diet for A Healthy Long Life

Yesterday I watched a video of the USDA Great Nutrition Debate:  All about low-carb gurus vs plant-based physicians.  It was a 3-hour LONG public debate featuring Dr. Atkins (I'm sure most of you remember the Atkins Diet), Dr. Dean Ornish, Dr. John McDougall, and other prominent physicians.   Although this debate was taped several years ago, it still was an interesting informative video.

Dr. Atkins presentation of his diet from decades ago didn't sound healthy to me, since it is a high-protein diet and his statistics were far from significant and not proven by scientific data.

With that being said, Dr. John McDougall's high-carbohydrate diet for life presentation was truly remarkable!  The living proof is watching the videos of his cancer patients total reversal of all cancer in their body.  You can view this on Youtube: See Jessica Bowen's amazing story.

I wanted to share Dr. McDougall's lifestyle high-carb diet plan with you in a much shorter video.  I believe it's worth watching this video, which shows you why you should add more carbohydrates to your diet.
