Living Your Life Without Pain

Chronic pain and inflammation affects 116 million American adults.  I have suffered for years with chronic pain from osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia.  I was prescribed a myriad of Pharmaceutical medication by my doctor for decades.  This is the list of medications I was prescribed, and I've narrowed it down in each category.
                                     
Pain Medications:                               Anti-Inflammatory Medications:

Tylenol #3, #4                                        Feldene
Vicodin                                                  Celebrex (also an anti-depressant)

Have you taken any of these medications, suffered side effects, became addicted, or they just stopped working for you? These are the same problems that I came across from using these toxic drugs.

My intuition (gut instinct) told me that this wasn't the way to cure my pain.  Even though these medications can minimize your suffering and treat your symptoms, they fail to address the cause of your pain.  Most doctors are only educated in conventional western medicine, so they treat the symptoms but not the cause.  

WHAT IS THE ALTERNATIVE TO LIVING YOUR LIFE WITHOUT PAIN?

The answer is in your kitchen!  Before you can expect to achieve a life without pain, you must change your diet from junk food, processed foods and increase your intake of whole organic foods.

There are many foods that will ease aches and pains by eliminating inflammation, the transfer of pain signals to nerves and can also reverse some illnesses.


FOODS THAT ARE NATURAL PAIN RELIEVERS:  (Organic foods contain no GMO's)

Broccoli
Cauliflower 
Red grapes
Baby spinach

This is a good beginning as I haven't listed every possible food or supplement.  I can tell you honestly that I have changed my diet completely to organic foods, began using some of these supplements and most of my pain has subsided.  I continue my journey each day by also drinking spring water, trying to get plenty of sleep each night and exercising.
