Water and Your Health!

The US government have told us for decades that fluoride in our water and toothpaste is healthy for you.  Most likely you've heard this all your life!  It flows through the tap water and dentists have also used fluoride treatments to protect your teeth from decay.   The TRUTH is that fluoride is toxic and extremely dangerous for you.

Fluoride is one of the basic ingredients in military nerve gas, and has never received FDA approval.  It causes soft tissue damage and bone erosion which may be one major reason I lost some of my teeth to bone loss and now need four dental implants, which is NOT covered by insurance, since it's considered cosmetic. 

Charcoal based water filters, such as Brita or Pur that attach to your faucet may remove chlorine and can reduce up to 61 contaminants in the water.  But what you are left with is a refreshing glass of water with Fluoride which is toxic to humans. 

So what are the alternatives you ask?   There are a few ways to remove fluoride from your water.  One is by buying a Pure Water Ultrafiltration System that uses reverse osmosis to remove the fluoride in your water.  Which is the only way to remove fluoride from your own tap water.  These systems are extremely expensive and if you have between $300 to $3000 for the best one available , you still have to replace the filter, pay for add-ons and installation.   The average person, like myself cannot afford such an expensive product.  

The best and most inexpensive way to have fluoride-free water to drink is by buying Spring Water by the gallon.  I drink Chippewa Falls Spring water, and only pay .99 per gallon, and it has absolutely NO fluoride in it.  It comes from a natural spring in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin.   But not all grocery or organic food stores might carry it where you live.   I don't suggest drinking Mineral Water or Distilled water, because they too are dangerous:   Long term drinking of Distilled Water will result in an early's been proven.  Mineral water, although it has no fluoride in it, does contain sodium, and other minerals which could be harmful if you drink more than your daily intake of it.  The healthiest level of intake is 8 fluid ounces of water per day.  More than that can harm you, and you can get your minerals in organic natural foods instead.  So Natural Spring water is the BEST water for you.
